How are travel fees calculated?

Mobile notary travel fees vary based on the distance and location of the appointment. When you request a booking, we will provide a clear quote for your specific location in the Tucson area before finalizing the appointment.

What type of ID is required?

All signers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Acceptable forms of identification typically include a driver's license, state ID card, or passport.

How far in advance should I book?

While we try to accommodate same-day appointments when our schedule permits, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred date and time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 2 hours' notice. If the notary is already en route, or if the notarization cannot proceed due to missing or invalid ID, a travel fee may still apply.
